1. Purpose and Framework

These regulations establish the operational guidelines of the community hosted within the Knock-Knock space and organised by LONOfamily.

This initiative is founded on a family coworking model, where professional life and parenthood coexist in harmony within a supportive, private, and community-oriented environment.

2. Responsibilities and Logistical Support

• Parental Responsibility
  Parents or legal guardians present in the space retain full legal, civil, and direct responsibility for their children at all times.

• Space Keeping
  The coordination team provides dedicated professionals (“Space Keepers”) responsible for maintaining the space, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting the natural flow and balance of the community environment.

3. Operations and Capacity

• Opening Hours
  Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 12PM / 3PM / 4PM

• Work Area Includes
  Internet connection | desks | terrace | coffee & tea station | microwave

• Children’s Area Includes
  Heuristic play materials | library | psychomotricity area | relaxation corner

• Capacity
  Exclusive groups with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 families, ensuring a high-quality and personalised experience for all participants.

4. Admission and Financial Terms

• Registration & Introductory Training
  Participation is subject to attendance at the “Needs in Early Childhood” training session.
  Investment: €150 (one-time payment upon reservation).

• Minimum Commitment Period
  To ensure group consistency and support children’s developmental stability, a minimum commitment of two months is required.

• Monthly Fees

  • €300 — 9AM to 12PM schedule (fixed monthly fee)

  • €550 — 9AM to 3PM schedule (fixed monthly fee)

  • €600 — 9AM to 4PM schedule (fixed monthly fee)

5. Attendance and Sustainability Policy

The monthly fee guarantees the family’s place within the community and contributes to the operational sustainability of the LONOfamily project.

• Absences and Interruptions
  Monthly fees are fixed and non-refundable. No adjustments, discounts, or reimbursements will be made due to absences, regardless of the reason, including illness, travel, holidays, or personal circumstances.

• Space Reservation Continuity
  Temporary absence does not exempt families from payment, as continued payment secures their place within the group and maintains the reserved spot in the community.

• Withdrawal
  In the event of withdrawal before the end of the commitment period or during an ongoing month, all amounts already paid will be retained to cover operational costs. No refunds will be issued.

6. Community Guidelines and Health Policy

• Collective Wellbeing
  Families are kindly asked to maintain a respectful atmosphere, using a moderate tone of voice and behaviour that contributes to the calm and wellbeing of the collective environment.

• Health & Safety
  Attendance is not permitted for any individual presenting symptoms of infectious or contagious illness.

• Adaptation Period
  The first 60 days will be considered a mutual adaptation period, during which the alignment between the family and the community’s values, dynamics, and rhythm will be assessed.

7. Insurance

• Collective Insurance Coverage
  The space is covered by Personal Accident Insurance applicable to activities taking place on-site.

• Family Liability Insurance
  Families are strongly encouraged to hold valid Family Civil Liability Insurance to cover any potential damage caused to third parties or to the property of KNOCK KNOCK.
